Step One. Let's talk!  For every referral we work very closely with the Instructing Party to understand the background to the case. Most importantly – what is the end goal for everybody and how can we best achieve it for you?

Stage 2. Advise and Agree!  We will advise on the pathways that can be taken. What is the right thing to do? What are the options? What are the desired outcomes against the likely outcomes? Will it be cost effective? You have the questions and we have the answers. Together we will agree the way forward. All services are fully costed, adhere to their own deadlines and are tailored to deal with any unique characteristics. We don’t believe that one size fits all, don’t accept any barriers to success, and view hurdles as challenges.

Stage 3. Support guaranteed! Throughout the life of every case, a single Valdec Medical manager and point of contact is assigned and fully available. Your case is their case!

 

Stage 4. Results!  Valdec Medicals believes that no case, however challenging, should be left open ended. Those outcomes decided from the beginning will have been consistently worked towards by your case manager and they are delivered here.
